Our sessional programs are advertised in the Canada Games Complex section of the Thunder Bay Key recreation guide (The Key). Registration takes place through the community registration hotline (625-TIME) or by calling the Canada Games Complex at 684-3333.
We regularly offer sessional programs and day camps for youth aged 4-12. If you are older than 12 and interested in learning to dive please contact us at 807-684-3341, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To participate in our programs children need to be comfortable swimming the width of the pool.
Our advanced programs are offered by try-out or invitation. If you are interested in discussing this option please contact us directly. Children with experience in gymnastics or trampoline may be particularly interested in learning to dive and may advance quickly through the beginner levels to join the competitive program.

Combining the dryland skills and fun of Thunder Bay Diving Club’s Learn to Dive program with the aquatic skills needed to excel in the pool, SwimGym is a new program for young children ages 4+! Lessons will consist of 30 minutes of diving dryland training (tumbling, motor skill development, games) with a certified TBDC coach, followed by the 30 minute swimming lesson with the Canada Games Complex. Excellent coach to participant ratio.
